What is Brain Health?

Brain health is how well a person’s brain functions across different areas, including mental health, physical function, social function, role limitations, cognitive impairments, body pain, and overall vitality.

We will collaborate with you, your caregiver/family, and your physician to treat and broaden your understanding of your overall mental health and how it affects your cognition. Our team will work together to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that focuses on your cognitive and emotional well-being. Our goal is to help you thrive at home and in the community.

Our speech and occupational therapists will develop a plan that helps you maintain independence in complex everyday tasks like cooking, shopping, and managing household responsibilities.
